Gospel Mission Worship Center is a non-denominal church seeking a qualified candidate to serve as Senior Pastor. As part of the pastoral staff, the candidate will partner in the overall work of teaching, preaching, evangelizing and discipling members and visitors biblical based precepts, theology and doctrine of the Holy Bible.
The position responsibilites include, but may not be limited to:
Establishing and implementing ministry vision and objectives
Teaching and preaching biblical principles and application
Mentoring and discipling staff and members
Candidate should exhibit strong organizational skills in establishing, implementing and managing church operations. Candidate should also possess and exhibit strong interpersonal skills in written and verbal communications to provide pastoral ministry, care and counseling that is result oriented.
