Job Description
-Demonstrates a pastoral heart and servant's heart to give direction and leadership to the church
-to provide pastoral care to the church adult community
-help us as a church to fulfill part of our Mission Statement – Connect with Other Believers
-help us as a church to fulfill the scriptural mandate of the "one anothers"
-to strengthen and encourage followers of Jesus in their walk with the Lord
-to be responsible for the direction, development and oversight of pastoral care ministries
-align adult ministries with the church's mission and vision statements
-a member of the pastoral team who reports to the Lead Pastor

Role & Responsibilities
-give oversight to the visitation of people
-to preach occasionally and to teach regularly
-to be available to provide counsel and care as required
-give oversight to the small group ministry (Life Groups)
