| Job Description: |
| Be an assitant to Sr.Pastor. Main focus to develop the congregation through discipleship. Master of Divinity preferred. Wesleyan-Armenian in theology. Strong evangelical. Pastoral experience and called to discipleship. Must be a people person willing to work with a team. Good people skills. DUTIES: 1. Preach when Sr. Pastor is absent. 2.Make announcements during worship service. 3. Develop the congregation by organizing small groups, Wed. night classes & weekday Bible studies. 4.Strengthen & develop the Sunday School 5. Be enthusiastic about & participate in an active Evangelism Explosion ministry. 6. Teach new members class. 7. Visit parishioners when needed.
