Job Description:
Crossroads Community Church, a growth oriented multi-service/ multi-venue/ multi-ethnic church located in Elkhart County, Indiana, is seeking an experienced Director to lead all aspects of worship arts. Worship Arts at Crossroads is in integral part of meeting our vision of ‘connecting people to God'. Musical and technical excellence is critical. Duties include administration of worship arts activities, leading worship, integration of other media arts into the church experience, oversight of A/V functions, developing and training volunteer teams (music and tech), and the creation and implementation of large scale outreach events. Theology must be consistent with a Wesleyan Armenian view.

We are looking for a person who has:
A call to worship ministry
Performance skills with a worshipers heart
Ability to develop the spiritual lives of others
Strong vocal and instrumental ability
Strong organizational ability
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and lead multiple worship teams
Ability to plan and oversee worship services
Ability to oversee worship support teams (audio/visual tech)
Appreciation and understanding of various musical genres
Ability to integrate other media art into the worship and the broader church experience
